Anerkennung (credential recognition)

For recognition as a doctor, engineer, teacher, Pflegekraft and other regulated professions via the respective Anerkennungsstellen.

University admission

For applications to a German university, Studienkolleg, or Bachelor/Master programmes — universities require a certified translation of the diploma and transcript.

Employment

For a position in a regulated field or at a major German employer, the translated diploma with anabin evaluation is required.

Yes, credential recognition usually requires both diploma and transcript. We offer a bundle discount.
How much does a diploma translation cost?
From 130 EUR for a college diploma, from 180 EUR for a university diploma. Transcript usually included. Diplomas with 10+ pages (medical, pharmaceutical) — individual quote.
Do you translate Soviet-era diplomas?
Yes, we have experience with diplomas from all periods — Soviet, early Ukrainian, and modern.
Do you translate university annexes (Diploma Supplement)?
Yes. We translate both the classic Ukrainian transcript listing all subjects and grades, and the English-language Diploma Supplement issued by universities in the European format. For anabin evaluation a full translation of the supplement is usually required — we provide it together with the diploma at a package price.
