When do you need a medical document translation?
Doctor recognition (Approbation)
Recognition of medical education and obtaining Approbation requires translated diplomas, transcripts and supporting medical documents.
School or kindergarten
A vaccination record (Impfnachweis) is mandatory for enrolling a child in a Kita or school in Germany.
Krankenkasse and treatment
Medical discharge letters, patient histories or case reports are required to continue treatment in Germany and for submission to the Krankenkasse.
